WHAT IS NANOPARTICULATION?
Nano-particles (or NP’s) are microscopic molecules whose total surface area falls in the nanometer range.
THE STUDY
NP’s are widely studied in commercial, pharmaceutical, and high-tech applications. They offer a promising, environmentally friendly, and surprisingly simple way of controlling the behavior of substances at the molecular level. Their sub-micron size allows for unique behavior not possible when the same molecule is present in a larger form.
OUR SYSTEM
The ChemfreeH2O system utilizes true nano-particulation technology to shatter minerals like calcium into fine particles which lose their ability to crystalize (scale) on household surfaces. Beneficial minerals remain present in your water, but won’t crystalize on your appliances, fixtures or other household surfaces.
DESCALING
Because ‘free’ elements (elements available to form scale) like calcium are decreased by the ChemfreeH2O, water that has passed through the our nano-particulation tube is able to gradually absorb existing scaling on pipes or fixtures that may have already occurred. Your water becomes wetter—in a sense—and is able to reabsorb calcium wherever that water regularly flows.
Customers with heavily scaled pipes, appliances or fixtures may see a fine white powder appear for a few weeks then gradually disappear. This is likely the natural, erosion-like descaling effect of water conditioned by our ChemfreeH2O system.
COMMERCIAL ORIGINS
Healthy Water Concept’s ChemfreeH2O nano-particulation technology was originally developed for use in high volume, high demand applications like industrial cooling towers, commercial water treatment, and water filtration sub-stations. Because of our desire to make this unique advancement available to consumers in their own homes, a smaller, whole-home nano-particulation tube was engineered in the summer of 2015. It was this household unit that was tested and proven effective by Arizona State University.
