We’re here to answer any question,

big or small!

How does it work?

As water passes through the Chemfree H2O unit, a simple low voltage current is introduced into the Chemfree H2O unit. Our proprietary array alters dissolved minerals—calcium ions, in particular—shattering them into sub-micron particles that are unable to form scale.

How can ChemfreeH2O reverse scaling without any chemicals?

Hard water forms when water flows through and over the earth, picking up minerals until the dissolved mineral concentration reaches a point where the water is saturated (can’t dissolve any more of a given mineral). Our unique nano-particulation process reduces the free concentration of minerals like Calcium by up to 66%, reducing the saturation level of the water. Because the concentration of free minerals has been reduced, water flowing through your home can dissolve existing deposits naturally, just as it does when flowing through the earth.

Why should you choose Healthy Water Concept’s ChemfreeH2O system?

It’s a genuine, no-nonsense breakthrough in whole-home water treatment.  Unlike other system, our Chemfree H2O water filtration and conditioning system is small, but able to handle all but the most unique household demands. We use only the highest quality coconut shell carbon filtration media (which can last anywhere between 3-5 years) and won’t try to wow you with smoke & mirrors. Our patent pending technology doesn’t impede the flow of water into your home or remove beneficial minerals. We stop hard water scaling in your home without heavy water waste, bulky components, or removing minerals from your water. Most importantly, we don’t ask you to trust that our system works, we’ve proven it. Our claims are independently validated.

Why is Independent Validation Important?

While many systems claim to be scientifically proven, those claims can often be deceiving.  Sellers will sometimes cite a general study or a scientific theory in support of their claims. When evaluating efficacy claims, it’s important to ask if the system in question was tested and by whom. A thorough, unbiased, 3rd party assessment of a system’s real-life performance is typically the only data you can trust.

What should I consider in a warranty?

Caveat-emptor, or buyer beware, is the principle that the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of goods before a purchase is made. While most companies are honorable in extending warranties, we recommend customers carefully read the wording of a warranty. Most companies will limit a warranty to specific parts and/or circumstances; so be certain you understand the terms of a warranty purchasing a water conditioning system. Moreover, some sellers will cover anticipated system failures and/or future service costs with higher than necessary initial pricing. It’s important to compare initial pricing with full replacement costs. It may seem counter-intuitive, but an overpriced system can sometimes be an expectation of future failure.
